In the mystical dark despair
Tight lips in a frozen prayer
Upset for what happened unfair
I saw her in a state rare
'What’s the problem?' I urged to share
She screamed ‘it’s none of your affair’
In the moment beyond compare
I tried to unfold the hidden layer
'He broke my heart' she did stare
I want to die, but does he care?
He looks so peaceful lying there
But doesn’t realize my pain bare
I said 'living here is a difficult dare'
But, committing suicide is a selfish fare
Love and happiness are seldom in pair

The paradox of living is lifeless life and deathless death!
I believe that if we know we are going to die next day, we tend to take life more seriously, and do things that we like to do. we enjoy life because later you will never know if you can do them again.
Interesting philosophy of life resonated in your poetry. keep writing.
sad portrait, serious conclusion, good work,

Very good poem..Love, life and death!!!
Its Great!!
I am amazed with how much ease you have tried to make one understood about love, life & death! Its true realy that love and life is two different but important things. I liked the line .."love and happiness sheldom comes in pair". And above all .... death is sure to come but suicide is definately not the proper way to bring it!!
Great poem!!
Very nice composition and inspiring words! A wonderful linkage of three deep mysteries of human being drawn in very simple way. I liked it.
Awesome...you have captured pain and paradox of life very eloquently.
A powerful story, Deependra, told with a real sense of narrative skill.
